The Stirling Albion Supporters’ Trust would like to share with you, the official notification for our next Annual General Meeting, which will be Sunday, 27th March 2022 at 1500.
The event will take place at the Golden Lion Hotel, Stirling as well as online via a Zoom call.
If you plan to attend in person, and haven’t already let us know, please do so as soon as possible by replying to this email. Priority for attendance will be given to those who have notified us should the event reach capacity at the Golden Lion.
We are sharing with you a number of resolutions which members will be able to vote on. We will facilitate online voting and proxy voting, with in-person voting concluding at the event. Further details will follow in the week ahead.
Further to this, voting will also take place to confirm or otherwise Trust Board members Ian Doyle, Jim Thomson, Neil Emslie and Steve Smith.
Finally, you will also find attached the Trust’s latest accounts, previous AGM Minutes and the proposed Meeting Agenda.
