AGM Voting Instructions

14 Mar

The Stirling Albion Supporters’ Trust would like to share with you the different options on voting for the Annual General Meeting, which will be on Sunday, 27th March 2022 at 1500.

We are facilitating online voting, as per the rules of our constitution. We would like to encourage as many members as possible to do so via this medium as it makes the administration much easier.

If you are planning to attend the meeting in an online capacity (details of the Zoom call will follow next week), this is the only way you will be able to vote unless you nominate a proxy (details below).

You can vote online via this link until 12 noon on Sunday, 27th March 2022:

If you attend the AGM in person, you will be able to vote on the day via a voting paper. However, if you decide to vote online, you should not vote again in any capacity.

If you do not wish to vote online and cannot attend the AGM, you can alternatively delegate a proxy vote to someone in attendance. We have attached the relevant form.

For the avoidance of doubt, we will crosscheck to ensure no individual votes more than once.

We will publish the voting records in full following the AGM with Membership Numbers and associated votes as a matter of public record. We will not publish names or any further associated details of Members. Should you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
