We hereby give Official Notification for our next Annual General Meeting, which will be Wednesday, 26th April 2023 @ 19:00.

You can attend the event in person at the Cambuskenneth & Dumyat Suites, Forthbank Stadium, Stirling or online via Zoom call.

If you plan to attend in person, please confirm as soon as possible by replying to the email you will have received if you have not already done so. Places for attendance will be given until capacity is reached and in-priority to those who have already submitted their intention to attend.

Details of the agenda, nominations to the Trust Board, previous Minutes (Treasurer’s and Secretary’s reports) and Accounts are attached to the email.

There have been no resolutions proposed so the only voting required will be to be confirm or otherwise, the Trust Board members who are re-standing for election. In this case it is only Ross Hutchinson as John Buchan and John Sanz have both decided to stand down following the AGM.
